Crêperie Saint-Georges
Centre médiéval / Saint-Pierre · 11 Rue du Chapitre, 35000 Rennes
Rennes' most celebrated modern crêperie, housed in a 17th-century stone building two minutes from the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre. Chef Charlotte Pawlowski reinterprets the Breton galette with creative seasonal toppings (foie gras, langoustines, scallops) alongside traditional combinations. Dogs are welcome on the small front terrace and the staff cheerfully bring a water bowl.
💡 Book ahead even for the terrace, the dining room only seats around 25 and weekend lunches fill three days ahead, the staff confirm pet-friendly seating on request.
