Zadar's largest urban park, 5.5 hectares laid out 1888โ1890 on the site of a 16th-century Venetian fortress. Winding gravel paths, century-old pines and cypresses, a small pond, and elevated viewpoints over the Adriatic. The park is renowned among locals as the city's main dog-walking ground; leashed dogs are welcome throughout, with bag dispensers at the main entrances.
