Paris has over 400 green spaces, and most of them admit dogs on a lead. The rules vary by park and by arrondissement, but the general principle is consistent: leash on, clean up, and your dog is welcome in most of the city's outdoor spaces. A handful of the larger parks — most notably the Bois de Boulogne — have dedicated off-leash areas that make them genuinely excellent for exercising dogs.
