Es Molí de Foc
Sant Climent (10 min from Mahón) · Carrer de Sant Llorenç, 65, Sant Climent, Menorca
Es Molí de Foc occupies an old flour mill in Sant Climent, ten minutes from Mahón, and has been Menorca's reference for refined caldereta de langosta and rice cooked in the wood-fired oven since 1995. The large garden terrace under olive trees welcomes well-behaved dogs and is one of the few places on the island where you can eat the full PDO lobster stew without a city-centre price tag. The on-site microbrewery makes Cerveza Grahame Pearce, the first craft beer brewed in Menorca.
💡 Book the caldereta 24 hours in advance, it is cooked to order and not always available on the walk-in menu. Lunch under the olive trees is the cooler option in August
