Trepucó Talaiotic site
Outskirts · Camí de Trepucó, 1 km south of Mahón
Trepucó is the most accessible of the Bronze Age Talaiotic sites listed under the UNESCO Talaiotic Menorca World Heritage inscription. Just 1 km south of Mahón, it preserves a large central talayot tower, a taula sanctuary, and the remains of defensive walls dating from around 1000 BC. The site is open countryside, free to visit, and dogs are welcome on a leash among the megaliths.
💡 Walk out from Mahón via Camí de Trepucó in 25 minutes. Early morning light on the megaliths is the best for photos and it is cool enough to walk a dog even in summer
