Getting Around Cromer with a Dog

Cromer is compact and easily walked, with the seafront, pier and clifftops all close together. The town has its own station on the scenic Bittern Line, which links Cromer with Sheringham and Norwich, and dogs travel free on National Rail (up to two per passenger, on a lead), making it easy to walk one way along the coast and catch the train back. Local buses run along the coast to Sheringham and the Runtons. For overseas visitors, Norwich Airport is the nearest gateway, about 45 minutes by road, with the Bittern Line running into Norwich.
