Dog-Friendly Parks in Antibes

The Pinède Gould is the green heart of Juan-les-Pins, a shaded stand of umbrella pines on the seafront behind the casino, used for the summer jazz festival but free and open the rest of the year. The flat sandy paths between the trees are the standard morning and evening walk for Juan-les-Pins dog owners. Leashes are required and bins are placed at every entrance.

A modest seafront garden between the Plage de la Salis and the foot of Cap d'Antibes, with palms, pines and a paved promenade running along the bay. It is the natural starting point for the Sentier du Littoral and a useful shaded rest area before or after the cape walk. Dogs on leads are welcome on all paths and grassed areas.

The flat seafront promenade running along the Vauban ramparts from Port Vauban to the Plage de la Gravette functions as the de facto urban dog park of Antibes. The wall blocks the wind, the view runs from the bay across to the Alps on clear days, and the surface is even enough for older dogs. Leashes are required throughout, and there are several bins along the walk.
