Plage de la Salis (off-season)
Cap d'Antibes ยท Boulevard James Wyllie, 06600 Antibes
La Salis is the long crescent of sand between the Vieille Ville and the Cap d'Antibes, framed by Antibes' best skyline view of the medieval town. The municipal rule bans dogs during the bathing season (mid-June to mid-September); outside that window, leashed dogs are entirely at home on the beach and the locals walk theirs there in the early morning year-round. Out of season, the western end and the pine fringe behind the sand are particularly relaxed.
๐ก Outside the bathing season, go at sunrise: the Cap d'Antibes catches the first light, the beach is empty, and the cooler sand is kinder on paw pads.
