Chesa Veglia
St. Moritz-Dorf, near Badrutt's Palace · Via Veglia 2, 7500 St. Moritz
A 1658 farmhouse converted into a three-restaurant landmark by Badrutt's Palace, the most photographed wooden building in St. Moritz-Dorf. The ground-floor Patrizier-Stuben serves Engadin classics (capuns, pizzoccheri, Bündner Gerstensuppe) in carved larch panelling, the upper Polo Stüva is alpine fine dining, and the pizza counter is open daily. Leashed dogs are welcomed in the Patrizier-Stuben in winter at the staff's discretion and on the small front terrace in summer.
💡 Book the 19:00 Patrizier-Stuben seating in winter; later seatings are dominated by hotel guests with pre-arranged tables. Mention your dog when booking so they place you at a quiet corner banquette away from service traffic.
