Legendary fjord-like cove shack where the late fisherman known as El Bigotes used to grill the morning catch on a fire pit beside the moored boats. The tables are set on a wooden deck a few metres from the turquoise water, dogs on leash welcome at outdoor tables, and the only thing on offer is bullit de peix with rice cooked in the fish stock. Cash only, no menu, reservations on a paper notebook.

Historic café-restaurant on the pedestrian Carrer Sant Vicent, open since 1933 and considered the oldest in town. Large shaded terrace under plane trees in the middle of the pedestrian street, dogs welcome on the terrace with water bowls brought on request. Menu spans Mediterranean classics, ibicenco rice dishes and a long breakfast service from 08:00.

Iconic 1960s village bar on Sant Carles church square, the hippie-trail favourite where letters used to be left in pigeonholes for residents without a postal address. Big shaded outdoor terrace under wisteria, dogs welcome at outdoor tables, traditional Ibicenco home cooking and a generous menú del día. Walking distance to the Las Dalias hippie market on Saturdays.
