Getting Around Perugia with a Dog

Perugia's acropolis is linked to the plain by the Minimetrò monorail, escalators and Busitalia buses. The Minimetrò carries small dogs free (muzzled, on a fixed leash, one per car); larger dogs ride the buses with their own ticket. Italian rules everywhere: leash and a muzzle carried at all times.
