Radcliffe Camera and Bridge of Sighs
City Centre · Radcliffe Square, Oxford OX1 3BG
The cobbled Radcliffe Square and the photogenic Hertford Bridge (Bridge of Sighs) on New College Lane form the most photographed pedestrian corner of Oxford. Leashed dogs are welcome on the square and along the lanes; the Camera interior is closed to all visitors except Bodleian readers.
💡 Best photographic light is 30 minutes before sunset — the limestone glows golden and the daytime tour crowds clear by 18:00.
