Kotor Old Town & free city-walls path
Stari Grad (walled Old Town)
Kotor's UNESCO-listed Old Town is a maze of marble lanes, squares and Venetian palaces, all of it walkable with a leashed dog. While the paid 1,350-step fortress trail up to San Giovanni does not allow dogs, the free section of the city walls along the Scurda river and the northern bay perimeter can be explored with your dog for a taste of the ramparts and the views.
๐ก Explore the Old Town and the free northern walls early morning before the heat and the cruise crowds, and carry water for the stone lanes
