Arènes de Fréjus (Roman amphitheatre)
Centre · Rue Henri Vadon, 83600 Fréjus
The 1st-century Roman amphitheatre, restored and still used for concerts and bullfights, is one of the most complete in southern France. Unusually for a French monument, dogs on a leash are admitted inside on standard visits (subject to special events). The tour takes 30 to 40 minutes around the tiered seating.
💡 Concerts and corrida days close the amphitheatre to standard visitors; check the City's events calendar before walking down with a dog.
