Rheinbahn runs the U-Bahn, tram, and bus network across Düsseldorf and the wider Rhine-Ruhr region. Small pets in a carrier travel free; larger dogs need a Kindertarif (child-rate) ticket and must be on a leash and muzzled if requested by staff. The U70/U74/U76/U77/U78/U79 tram lines link the Altstadt, Messe, and the airport.
