Around 900 metres of preserved 13th-to-16th-century fortified walls, the best-conserved enceinte in Brittany, built on a Roman foundation around the hill of Mené. The complete walk around the ramparts takes about 45 minutes and includes views down onto the Jardin des Remparts and the Marle river.
💡 Start at the Porte Saint-Vincent at the port and walk anti-clockwise, the best photo of the Tour du Connétable and Jardin des Remparts is from the western side around 17:00 in summer.
