One of Sibiu's oldest and largest green spaces, long the default informal spot where locals let dogs stretch their legs before the fenced dog parks existed. It is not a fenced off-leash facility, and Sibiu's citywide leash rules technically apply here. Local reporting has also flagged unmuzzled dangerous-breed dogs in the park in the past, so stay alert.
