November is when dog-friendly Europe quietly gets good again. The crowds are gone, prices sit at their annual low, and the south is mild enough for a dog to walk all afternoon without panting: Lecce, Malaga, Lisbon, Seville, Palma and Thessaloniki all hover in a comfortable 14 to 22°C, with Seville the mildest of the big cities at around 20°C.
The Mediterranean dog-beach ban lifts in autumn, so the year-round dog beaches at Pedregalejo in Malaga, Es Carnatge in Palma and Punta Prosciutto in Salento are empty and yours to share with a handful of locals. Salento in particular runs at roughly half its August price, and the southern Med and Iberia stay comfortable for dogs even as the rest of the continent turns cold.
