Kadriorg Park
One of the most beautiful parks in the Baltic states, Kadriorg was laid out in the early 18th century by Peter the Great around the magnificent Kadriorg Palace. Today it encompasses formal gardens, woodland, swan ponds, and wide tree-lined promenades. Dogs are welcome throughout the park on a leash, with designated areas within the park where they can be off-leash. Dog waste bags and bins are provided throughout. The park's grand scale and formal gardens make it one of Tallinn's most rewarding places for a long walk. The adjacent Kadriorg Art Museum and KUMU art museum are within easy walking distance.
Off-leash zone: Designated areas within the park โ check the city's official list at tallinn.ee/en/walking-area-dogs. Dogs on leash required in the formal palace garden areas.
๐ก Take tram 1 or 3 from the Old Town to Kadriorg (15 min). Dogs travel free on Tallinn public transport with a leash and muzzle
