Parque de la Ciudadela
Centre-south · Avenida del Ejército, 31002 Pamplona
16th-century star-shaped Renaissance citadel built by Philip II, demilitarised in 1964 and turned into the city's flagship park. Five intact bastions, glacis, contemporary sculpture trail, fenced off-leash dog zone in the south-west corner.
💡 Sunset over the bastions is the local Instagram shot. The Wednesday/Saturday outdoor handicraft market inside the citadel is fully dog-friendly.
