Parque de Málaga
City Centre / Malagueta · Paseo del Parque, Málaga
The Parque de Málaga is the city's most central and most-used dog-walking circuit. It runs parallel to the seafront between the port and the Malagueta beach, a long, shaded boulevard of tall trees, ornamental ponds, and tropical plants. Leashes are required throughout, but the wide, well-paved paths make navigation easy for any size of dog. Early mornings here are genuinely lovely — the sea light through the canopy, the sound of the port, and a steady procession of Malaga residents and their dogs.
💡 Walk early morning before 9am in summer — the shade runs out midday and the heat can be intense
