Lille's two métro lines (1 and 2), tram lines (T and R), and dense bus network are operated by Ilévia. Pet rules are unusually strict for France: only small pets in a closed carrier and assistance dogs are admitted. Medium and large dogs are not allowed at all on the network. The 1-day Tickets Pass at €5.20 covers tram, métro, and bus across the metropolis.

💡 If your dog is too big for a carrier, plan walking routes — the Bois de Boulogne is 25 minutes on foot from the Lille Flandres station, and Vieux Lille is 5 minutes.
