Liepaja's only formally fenced off-leash dog walking area, attached to the municipal animal shelter Lauvas sirds on 14. novembra boulevard. The space is modest but secure, surfaced and shared with shelter dogs during outings. Access is limited to shelter opening hours, weekdays until 17:00 and weekends until 16:00.
