The IDO passenger ferries crossing the Bosphorus are one of Istanbul's great experiences and are fully dog-friendly on the open upper deck. The 25-minute crossing from Eminonu to Kadikoy (or Uskudar) gives extraordinary views of the city skyline, the Bosphorus bridges, and the Asian shore. Dogs travel free of charge on the upper deck. This is the single best dog-friendly activity in Istanbul.
