ScotRail's suburban rail network is the most pet-friendly option in Glasgow, up to two dogs free per adult ticket on every train. The Subway loop is restricted to small pets in carriers. FirstBus accepts well-behaved leashed dogs at the driver's discretion; McGill's accepts dogs free on most routes. Buchanan Street Subway and Glasgow Central are the city's two transport hubs.

💡 ScotRail is the most useful pet transit, Glasgow Central to Pollokshaws West (Pollok Country Park) is 10 minutes, and Glasgow Queen Street to Edinburgh is 50 minutes with up to 2 dogs free.
