Best Dog Parks in Glasgow

The UK's only country park inside a city — 146 hectares of woodland, riverside trails, formal gardens, and the Burrell Collection. Off-leash use is the norm in the open woodland; a leash is required around the Highland-cattle grazing fields and the children's adventure park. The Glasgow Subway and Pollokshaws West rail station drop you a short walk from the gates.

Glasgow's flagship Victorian park, 34 hectares along the River Kelvin in the West End, with the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum on the western edge. Off-leash use is widely tolerated on the open lawns and the riverside path; a leash is required around the museum entrance, the duck pond, and the children's play areas.
