Quai Wilson lakefront promenade
Pâquis · Quai Wilson, 1201 Genève
The 1.5 km promenade running north along the right bank from the Mont-Blanc Bridge to the Perle du Lac park, with grassy strips, mature trees and direct lake access at several points. Dogs on lead are welcome year-round. Outside the official summer swimming zone of the Bains des Pâquis, the unsupervised pebbled lake edge along Quai Wilson is the closest in-city spot where a dog can dip into the water — best in spring and autumn when there are fewer swimmers.
💡 Use the steps just north of the Bains des Pâquis to reach the pebbled lake edge — it's the easiest in-city access point for a dog to step into the water without crossing the official swimming pier.
