City Centre ยท Strada Republicii, Cluj-Napoca
The main central park of Cluj-Napoca: 9 hectares with a lake, rowing boats, mature tree canopy, and wide gravel paths. Dogs walk on-leash throughout (Cluj park rules require leashing) but the park is large and a circuit of the lake takes about 30 minutes. The lake has ducks (keep dogs leashed near the water). Multiple cafe and restaurant terraces border the park on the Strada Republicii side, all dog-friendly.
