Belgrade's tram and trolleybus network is the most useful pet-friendly option in the city. Pets in carriers ride free; large dogs need a leash and a basket muzzle if they are a regulated breed. Buses are off-limits to non-service dogs by city ordinance, so plan around them. Tram 2 (Panฤevaฤki most loop) and trolleybus 19 reach most central tourist spots.
