The Agadir Marina complex (built 2010) has a sweep of international restaurant terraces along the quayside: French, Italian, Spanish, Moroccan, and seafood restaurants with open terraces. The marina waterfront culture is explicitly international and cosmopolitan; dogs at restaurant terraces are completely normal. The best upmarket dog-friendly dining in Agadir.
