JUDU runs the dense bus and trolleybus grid that links the Old Town, Šnipiškės, the airport (bus 88) and Vingis Park (trolleybus 7). Pets travel free in a closed carrier; outside a carrier they require a leash of max 0.5 metres and a muzzle. Vaccination paperwork must be carried, inspectors can ask to see it.
