Arrivare e spostarsi a Paros con il cane si riduce a due cose: la traversata in traghetto e gli autobus KTEL dell'isola. I traghetti da Il Pireo e dalle altre isole delle Cicladi accettano animali, ma sui ponti aperti i cani devono avere museruola e guinzaglio e viaggiare in apposite cabine per animali o in trasportini invece che nei saloni, mentre gli autobus locali accettano solo cani piccoli che stanno in un trasportino, a discrezione dell'autista.

For a nervous or large dog a Blue Star pet cabin is gentler.
Local Bus (KTEL Paros)	Only small pets up to 10 kg in a secure carrier are accepted, at the driver's discretion and subject to space, maximum two pets per bus. The animal's health book must be stamped by a vet within the last year. Assistance dogs travel without these limits.	💡 A medium or large dog cannot use the KTEL bus. Rent a car or scooter, or use a pet-friendly taxi, to move around the island.
Taxi & Car Hire	Taxis are limited on Paros and accepting a dog is at the driver's discretion, so call ahead and mention the dog. A hire car is the most reliable way to reach beaches and trails with a medium or large dog.	💡 Bring a seat cover or blanket. Hire cars and taxis expect dogs to be clean and contained, and a sandy wet dog after the beach is not always welcome.
