Best Dog Parks in Vilnius

The largest park in Vilnius at 160 hectares, set on a wide bend of the Neris River with pine forest, jogging paths, an open-air amphitheatre, and a marked dog beach on the river. Off-leash use is tolerated on the wooded inner trails and on the dog beach itself; leashes are required around the amphitheatre and bridges.

Historic Renaissance-era garden in the very centre of the Old Town, on the right bank of the Vilnia stream. Mature lime alleys, a rose garden, fountains and a famous bronze statue of three Lithuanian Hounds. Dogs are welcome on a leash; the garden links Gediminas Tower to Užupis in a 10-minute walk.

Vilnius's only dedicated, fenced municipal dog park, sponsored by Purina and located on the north bank of the Neris in the modern Šnipiškės business district. Two separate fenced sections (small/large), agility equipment, water taps, and shaded benches. The Constitution Square is a five-minute walk away.
