Trabuxu Bistro
Valletta historic centre ยท 8-9 South Street, Valletta
A long-standing Valletta favourite housed in a 400-year-old building with an open-air courtyard set into the side street, where well-behaved dogs are welcome at outdoor tables. The kitchen focuses on Maltese-Mediterranean small plates, fresh fish, rabbit (fenkata) and an extensive Maltese wine list. The shaded courtyard is one of the few cool dining spots in central Valletta on a hot evening.
๐ก The courtyard is reservation-only on weekends, book 48h ahead in summer and request the corner table near the well for the best shade.
