Dog Walks & Green Spaces in Trogir

About 1.5 km east of the old town, Pantan combines a sandy beach with pine woods and a protected wetland reserve fed by the Pantan spring. The shaded pine paths are the coolest dog walk near Trogir on a hot day, and the flat coastal trail is easy on older dogs. Keep dogs leashed near the reserve to protect nesting birds.

A long, flat seafront promenade running west from Trogir toward the fishing village of Seget Donji, lined with benches and shade trees along the water. It is a calm, mostly level walk away from the old-town crowds and a favourite of local dog owners in the cooler hours. The sea breeze makes it noticeably more comfortable than the inner stone streets.

The palm-lined Riva runs along the south edge of the old-town island, opening onto green open space beside the Kamerlengo fortress at its western end, with a small playground and lawns. It is the easiest, most central spot for a short leashed stroll, busy but breezy off the water. Dogs must be leashed throughout the old town.
