The 18-mile Camel Trail follows a disused railway line from Padstow along the Camel estuary through Wadebridge and on towards Bodmin, and it is one of the flattest, easiest dog walks in Cornwall. The Padstow-to-Wadebridge section is about 5.5 miles of level, surfaced path with wide estuary views the whole way.
Off-leash zone: Keep dogs on a lead: it is a shared cycle path and runs beside the estuary, private land and wildlife.
๐ก Start from the Padstow trailhead by the harbour car park; you can walk out and back as far as you like and pass estuary birdlife the whole way.
