The TAN public transport network (rebranded Naolib) covers the city with 3 tram lines, 60+ bus routes, and the Navibus river service linking the Loire quaysides. Small pets under 6 kg in a closed carrier travel free; dogs over 6 kg are prohibited except guide and assistance dogs.

💡 With a large dog, the best option is a pet-friendly taxi via the Heetch or Marcel apps, or rent a Velhop cargo bike (station near the train station) to ride the Loire à Vélo path.
