Český Krumlov Castle — outer courtyards & Cloak Bridge
Zámek 59, 381 01 Český Krumlov
The second-largest castle complex in the Czech Republic after Prague Castle, dominating the town on a rock above the Vltava bend. The five outer courtyards (I.–V. nádvoří), the painted Round Tower base, and the three-tiered Cloak Bridge (Plášťový most) connecting the castle to its garden are all open and free to traverse with a dog on a short leash.
💡 Walk up via the Latrán entrance and exit through the Cloak Bridge to the Castle Garden — the climb is more gradual on this side and the views improve at every courtyard.
