Much of Cadiz's appeal is the outdoor old town itself: a maze of squares, sea walls and ramparts you can wander with a leashed dog for free. Some indoor sights also welcome well-behaved dogs, while major monuments like the cathedral generally do not allow pets inside.
Centro / Old town
