Pet-Friendly Attractions in Bari

12th-century castle built by the Normans and rebuilt by Frederick II of Swabia, dominating the western edge of Bari Vecchia with a wide moat-garden walkable on leash. Interior is a museum and does not admit pets, but the surrounding grounds are dog-friendly.

Italy's longest seafront promenade, around 4 km of paved walkway between Bari Vecchia and the southern fairgrounds. The full length is dog-friendly on leash and links the historic centre to Pane e Pomodoro and Pineta San Francesco.
