Essential Tips for Visiting Bakewell with a Dog

Bakewell is a wonderful dog base, but the Peak District is a working landscape, not a park, and a few local rules matter. Keep dogs on a lead near sheep, cattle and the free-roaming stock in Chatsworth Park, and near ground-nesting birds on the open moor from spring into summer.
