Pet-Friendly Restaurants in Antwerp

A legendary Antwerp café on the Vlasmarkt — one of the city's most beloved neighbourhood squares. Café Beveren is famous for its mechanical organ (it still plays live accordion on weekends) and for being completely unpretentious and dog-friendly. Het Eilandje (The Little Island) is Antwerp's regenerated harbour district north of the centre, now home to the MAS museum and a string of waterfront restaurants and bars with terraces facing the old docks. Dogs are welcome on virtually all of these terraces. The wide open dockside setting means there's always plenty of space. The area is less crowded than the old centre and one of the best dog-friendly dining areas in the city.
