The highest point in central Jurmala, a small hill above Dubulti station with the 1909 wooden Lutheran church and a panorama over the meeting of the Lielupe river and the Baltic Sea. Dogs are not admitted inside the church but the viewpoint, churchyard and surrounding paths are open to leashed dogs year-round.
