Georgia does not accept the EU pet passport as a standalone document. Is Tbilisi easy to navigate with a large dog?
Very much so. The flat Vera and Vake neighbourhoods are ideal. The old town (Kala) has narrow uphill streets but they are pedestrianised and easy for dogs. Tbilisi's main boulevard (Rustaveli) has wide pavements. The city is generally very relaxed about dogs in all public spaces.
