Dog-Friendly Beaches in Sitges

A 230 m central urban beach on the Passeig Marítim, designated by the Ajuntament de Sitges as the official dog beach during the August-September window. Outside that window the beach reverts to standard supervised status with dogs not allowed June 1 to September 30. Showers, lifeguards and a chiringuito on the back side.

A small, sheltered cove east of the Sant Bartomeu cliff church, traditionally Sitges`s most relaxed beach: clothing-optional, off the main tourist flow and the historical favourite of locals walking a dog out of bathing season. Outside the June-September supervised window it functions as a de-facto leashed-dog cove year-round.

A 240 m beach at the western end of the Passeig Marítim, the local off-leash zone in winter. Wider sand than the central beaches, fewer crowds out of season and direct access from the Terramar tram stop. Outside the supervised June-September window many residents bring the dog here for a long off-leash run at dawn.
