The dog run inside Parc Jarry, one of the largest green spaces in the city, sits near the swimming pool on the Gary-Carter side. It is a big, well-kept fenced enclosure with plenty of room for a proper run, and the surrounding park adds kilometres of leashed paths. Its position next to the Jarry métro station makes it the easiest large run to reach without a car.
Off-leash zone: The fenced run near the pool on the rue Gary-Carter side, at 205 rue Gary-Carter, open daily 7:00 to 23:00. City rules state the dog must wear its Montréal tag.
💡 Come outside the 17:00 to 19:00 after-work rush if your dog is nervous in crowds, as this is one of the busiest runs on the island.
