The historic main square of Vegueta, in front of the Cathedral of Santa Ana, guarded by eight cast-iron dog statues installed in 1895 and named after figures from Canarian history. It is an open pedestrian square in the oldest part of the city, easy to combine with a walk through Vegueta's cobbled streets.
๐ก The bronze dogs are named after Canarian historical figures, a good spot for a photo with your own dog before or after the Cathedral museum
