Excellent. Batumi gives you Black Sea swimming, the subtropical forest of Mtirala, and a Turkish border crossing all within 35 km. The drive north to Tbilisi (4-5 hours) passes through the Colchic lowlands and along the Rioni river valley. Combined Batumi-Kutaisi-Tbilisi-Kazbegi road trips (covering all Georgia in 7-10 days) are increasingly popular with European dog travellers.

The Black Sea at Batumi is still around 18°C in November; hardy dogs will swim. The air temperature is 12-15°C. This is actually a lovely time for a dog beach trip: the crowds are gone, the light is beautiful, and the boulevard cafes are quiet and welcoming to dogs with more personal attention from staff.
