The city's first dedicated dog beach, a 465 m stretch in front of the Torregorda installations at the end of Cortadura, with a 40 m buffer from the official bathing area. It includes a 340 m leashed recreation zone plus a fenced 125 m off-leash section, with a dog water fountain, a cleaning point and waste bins planned.

Cadiz's long, lively flagship beach, backed by the modern promenade and within easy reach of the old town. Out of bathing season it is one of the city beaches where leashed dogs are allowed onto the sand, a rare treat on such a central urban beach.

A small, sheltered city cove (also called Playita de las Mujeres) with lovely views back toward the cathedral, popular for its calmer water. Out of bathing season it is another central beach where leashed dogs can join you on the sand.
