Dog Parks and Green Spaces in Tromso

A south-facing cove park at the southern tip of Tromso island, with grass slopes, a small beach, and shoreline paths. Dogs are welcome year-round on leash during the nesting season and off-leash in autumn and winter once birds have left.

A flat lakeside walking loop on the high point of Tromso island, popular with locals walking dogs year-round. The lake is a protected bird reserve, so strict leash rules apply spring-summer; in winter the frozen surface becomes a scenic dog walk.
